I feel like I always have a hard time shopping for my husband for birthdays, Christmas, Father's Day, etc. He is very clear about what he likes and has a very specific, refined taste when it comes to many things. However, he never asks for anything and doesn't ever want me to buy him anything. So, it's hard to find gifts to show him how much we appreciate him while also not going overboard - a sort of happy medium between not buying him anything and still treating him to fun, new things that he deserves.

Over the years, I've done so much research trying to find him the absolute best gifts, so I figured I would share some of the gifts that he has loved the most during his 20's and 30's:

Stocking Stuffers for Men
Pocket Chainsaw

I know this sounds crazy, but my husband loves this thing. We actually broke a hand saw cutting down a tree that was growing too close to our house, and he pulled this thing out and it
did the job.

Portable Cell Phone Power Bank
I have purchased SO many different brands of these cell phone power banks. Some are good, some aren't. Some are CLEARLY much better than others, and this is one of them. It's an easy gift and something any man can appreciate.

iPad/tablet Stylus
I have gone through SO many stylus options/pens for tablets and this has been by far the best. My husband and toddler both like them too.

Poo-Pourri
This is silly, but it's supposed to disguise the smell of anything in the restroom...it's a small bottle that fits perfectly in a stocking and the bottle is pleasant to look at as well :)

Feather Double Edge Blades
My husband loves his double edge razor and always needs replacement blades. So, I like to include some blades in his stocking every year.

Cyber Clean Home Putty
I wasn't really sure what to expect with this putty, but it has worked great on our keyboards and was a perfect stocking stuffer. I don't know about you guys, but my toddlers seem to be able to spill absolutely anything they can get their hands on into my keyboards :(

Sof Sole Sneaker Balls
I actually only bought these for my husband a few years back because I needed a few more stocking stuffers. Surprisingly though, he loved them and has continued to use them since then.

Scalp Massager
This is another thing I only purchased because I needed something else to fill a stocking, but we all have ended up loving it (not exaggerating at all!).  I use it to massage shampoo and conditioner into my kiddos' skin and I use it on myself when washing/conditioning my own hair. My husband also loves using it.

Gifts for Tech Lovers
Electronic DoorKnob - Smart Lock
LED Desk Lamp
Desktop Battery Backup
So, selfishly, I think I liked this gift more than my husband. However, we both definitely benefit from it. It is a power station for electronics and has a battery backup within it. This is so helpful when the power goes out from lighting or heat, etc. It has helped us more times than I can count.

iPad/tablet Stylus
I have gone through SO many stylus options/pens for tablets and this has been by far the best. My husband and toddler both like them too.

Mother's California Clay Bar System
I'll admit that I don't really understand how these work, but my husband was thrilled to get them in his stocking last year and has used it a lot on our car.

Coffee Table Books for Men
Ogilvy on Advertising
Edible Selby - Book
Beer: A Genuine Collection of Cans
LeRoy Grannis: Surf Photography of the 1960s and 1970s
Dressing the Man: Mastering the Art of Permanent Fashion

Gifts for Dads
Pockit Lightweight Stroller

This stroller is an absolute necessity when traveling with a toddler. It folds up so tiny and is great quality. My husband is all about packing light when we travel and this stroller totally does the trick.

The Birth Partner
I bought this for my husband before our first son was born and he really enjoyed it. I felt like the tone of the book was really current and mom-friendly, so I liked it as well.

Adult Buzz Lightyear Costume
I know this is silly, but my kids cannot get enough of my husband in this Buzz Lightyear Costume. He is 6'3 and got the XXL.

Callus Remover
My husband loves this thing and it has held up really well for over 2 years.

Magnetic Cell Phone Holder
We live in a hands free city, so my husband loves having this magnetic cell phone holder that clips into his air vent. The magnet on the phone side goes inside your phone case, so you don't even have to look at it.

Eye-Vac Automatic Vacuum
I don't know about you all, but my toddlers are  SO messy. With only one toddler, it wasn't so bad. However, now that we have two, it's like the mess has multiplied by 10. I got this for my husband last Christmas and he loves it, but the best part is that we can leave a little broom near it and the kiddos can use it too without our help. So, it teaches them to clean up their own messes. This is the rubber broom that I like to use on our hardwood floors. I know some people have a hard time using it on hardwoods, but if you don't push too hard it works great.

Gifts for Foodies
Stackable Prep Bowls
My husband loves to cook, and I felt like he was always searching for small bowls to prep ingredients in. These bowls were the perfect solution to that problem and it doesn't hurt that they aren't ugly.

Coffee French Press
My husband recently got really into French Press Coffee and he loves using this press.

Knife Resistant Gloves
My husband loves to cook and I thought these were a great addition to our kitchen, and it makes me feel a little better when he starts to get creative with the cutting knife. These make a great stocking stuff too.

Oven-Safe Gloves
I know my husband LOVES his Ove Gloves, but I have to say, I also really love them. It's SO nice to be able to just put them on and pull something out of the oven without worrying about balancing a bulky oven mitt and hot pan of food. They really don't allow any transfer of heat. Love these things. These gloves are also a great stocking stuffer.

Gifts for Outdoors Men
6-Person Instant Tent

I first bought this tent for just me and my husband to camp out on the beach, but since then, we've added two kiddos to our family and it still has been so great for us. It easily fits two queen air mattresses and still gives us a little room for luggage. It's more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 kiddos and could not be easier to set up. It is literally an instant tent.

Pocket Chainsaw

I know this sounds crazy, but my husband loves this thing. We actually broke a hand saw cutting down a tree that was growing too close to our house, and he pulled this thing out and it did the job.

Broom/Mop/Rake/Utility Holder
Considering how inexpensive this thing is, I wasn't really sure it would work great, but my husband loves it. It makes it so easy to store brooms, rakes and other things with handles and works surprisingly well. We've had it in our garage for 2+ years and it hasn't failed us yet.

Tuff Hose Holder
We needed soft holders for our hoses and these did the trick. I got them for my husband for father's day and they've held up great over the past few years.

Garden Hose Nozzle
My husband has loved these. I got two of them for both of our hoses and they've held up great.

Soft Expandable Garden Hose
I hated having a large, plastic hose laying around when our yard is so small. So, I was insistent that we get the flexible, expanding hoses. My husband wasn't so convinced. So, I bought him two of them for each of our water spouts for his birthday so that he wouldn't have an option :) And he has loved them! They take up so much less space and are easy to put away.

Hedge Trimmer
A few years ago, I wrecked my car a few days before Father's Day and wasn't able to get to the story to get my husband anything. Amazon Prime Same-Day was new to Austin at the time and I decided to take advantage of it and ordered him a hedge trimer for Father's Day...he had been talking about cutting our hedges with something other than shears for a while and I figured it was the perfect time to help him out. These have worked great and are very easy to use.

Outdoor Storage System
If you live in a a place with limited outdoor storage and a small (or no) garage, you understand the struggle of having no space to store outdoors items. I got this for my husband last Father's Day and it's been great for storing our small mower, trimmer, edger, hedge trimmer, seeder and more.
