Last year was the first year I decided to go all in for Amazon Prime Day and I still think about the great deals I got last year (a great stroller for Disney and an awesome stair stepper with a small footprint) because I haven't seen them for sale for anywhere near what I paid for them on Amazon Prime Day. So, I was anxious to start researching this year's deals. If you aren't already a Prime member, you can get a free 30-day trial by clicking here. This year, Amazon Prime Day is Monday July 15th at midnight (PST), ending Tuesday July 16th at midnight. Now, for my favorites... ![]() 60 pack Fineline Marker Pens - Only $14 So, I am OBSESSED with these pens. My neighbor first told me about them and I've been in love with them since - to the point that I hate opening one and using it because it makes me sad to use it up (I know that is ridiculous). My 4-year-old loves to make detailed robot drawings with them, and I love to use them to write little notes, journal and calendar. They work great for bullet journals and planners and have great color but don't bleed. ![]() Melissa & Doug 60-piece Wooden Blocks I bought this exact set for my oldest son's first Christmas. He was 3 months old at the time, so obviously a little young for blocks, but it wasn't long before he was playing with the all the time (and chewing on them). He continues to love playing with them at almost 5-year-old and his little brother does too. I love open-ended toys that can become anything and these fit the bill. ![]() 20" Ring Light - $100 off! I'm not going to lie...this one is a little hard to swallow, because I just bought this exact same ring light a little over a month ago for $100 more :( I'm 2 days out of the return window too, but oh well. This ring light has been so great for me. It has battery options so you can use it without having to be plugged in and the light is amazing. I even set it up while my kids were just playing around and it was great for indoor candid shots. ![]() Back/Neck/Shoulder Massager - Only $36 I bought this for my husband earlier this year because he was having a ton of back and shoulder pain from carrying our toddler around. This helped him tremendously. He was hesitant to use it at first, but once he had it on and figured out how to get the tension just right, he loved using it. I love that you can adjust the intensity just by increasing the tension with your arms. It helps to modify it to your personal needs. ![]() AeroGarden Classic - $70 off! We received an AeroGarden for Christmas last year and we absolutely love it. My kids love watching the herbs grow, and they loved trying them too. For some reason, they were more willing to try basil they grew than basil that's just on their plate at a restaurant, so I consider that a win! You can't beat $70 off either. ![]() Kids Laser Tag Vests & Blasters - $70 off I have been eyeing these things for a while, and now that they're $70 off, I'm going to get them for Christmas for the boys. Penn played with them once at a friend's house and it kept them entertained for hours. We tried laser tag once at one of the places you can pay to go to, but it was really frustrating for my 4-year-old because he kept getting hit by all the older kids. Being able to play with kids his age leveled the playing field and made it lots of fun for everyone. ![]() Magnet Building Tiles - $6 off We've had these since my oldest was 1 (so, for 4 years now) and he's loved them at every age. As a toddler, he loved being able to connect them and let them hang from each other, but as he's grown older, he's started to build very complex shapes that are always so creative and innovative. Now, I'm pretty sure the brand would never suggest that you take them into the bathtub, but I'll tell you my favorite use for these. If you have a cast iron or steel bathtub that is magnetic, these stick to the side of the tub and my boys have SO much fun building shapes and figures with them on the side of the tub. I will say, that the plastic shapes are not waterproof, in that they have slits in the sides that easily let water into the cavity where the magnet is. This doesn't change their function, they still work perfectly fine if water gets in there, but it's important that if they get wet, you make sure you shake them a little and get the water out before storing them again. ![]() XXL Airfryer - $125 off! This is just a crazy deal and I cannot recommend this airfryer enough. My only complaint (and this actually isn't even a complaint of mine, but of my husband) is that it takes up a lot of counter space. So, if you don't have storage space somewhere and need to keep it out on your counter, keep that in mind. My kids are very picky about texture. I find that even cooking chicken nuggets, fish sticks or anything like that, they don't seem to get crunchy enough in the oven and they don't like them. Enter the airfryer. Fish sticks come out extra crispy, and they devour them - before they used to tell me that they were mushy and gross. I can even get them to eat cauliflower tater tots now and my kids can spot hidden veggies in anything, but for some reason...the air fryer is able to trick them with the crispy exterior. We've recently expanded to broccoli tater tots and they love those too. Not to mention, it's so easy to operate and you really can just set it and forget it until you're ready to serve the food. I even find that it's hard to overcook things in this. They don't burn much - they just get more crispy (I'm sure they eventually, burn, but I've accidentally cooked something for 30 minutes instead of 15 before and it was a little more crispy, but that's all). I cannot recommend this airfyer enough.
